We recently conducted our acclaimed Skills for Justice accredited Behavioural Detection Officer course for the latest cohort of G4S staff at the O2 Arena in London. Under the adept guidance of one of our Directors, Andy Moore, the three-day programme served as an invaluable platform for professional development and collaboration.
Throughout the training sessions, there was a discernible alignment between our team and the G4S staff. From immersive workshops to practical exercises, every aspect was meticulously designed to equip participants with the requisite knowledge and skills essential for their roles. We were particularly impressed by the G4S team’s unwavering commitment and enthusiasm towards embracing the learning experience.
A notable highlight of the training programme was the opportunity for the staff to apply their newly acquired skills during a final live exercise preceding a Take That concert. This real-world scenario added a dimension of authenticity and relevance to their training experience as they were able to apply their theoretical knowledge into practical application.
